ATC Vantage reserves the right to cancel a class if
the number of registrants is insufficient (This
exception has never been executed in our company's history).
In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration
fee in full.
ALL
CANCELLATIONS, rescheduling and substitution requests
must be submitted in writing
and may
incur the following fees:

Policy:
*A non-refundable payment of $400 is due at
time of registration. If a student wishes to
withdraw from a particular course, all payments
may be credited towards the next available
course. If an applicant chooses to permanently
withdraw within 10 business days of the start of
the course, the full cost of the course will be
charged.
Classes/Instruction scheduled at the
organization's facility:
*A non-refundable payment of $500 is due
at time of invoice. If a company wishes to
withdraw from their scheduled instruction, there
will be a rescheduling fee (for expenses
incurred) with the remainder of the payments to
be credited towards the future instruction date.
If a company chooses to permanently withdraw
within 10 business days of the start of the
course, the full cost of the course will be
charged.
Returned checks are subject to
processing fees (i.e. NSF fee)
