Registration Fee:   $1175.00 USD  - Individual Registration Form

Multiple Registrants: $975.00 USD each - Group (Multiple Registrants) Form

Available Discounts:  One discount per registration/organization
Multiple Registrants  $200 discount (same class/same organization; no
additional discounts applicable; please use multi-registrant form);
Early Registration $100 (30 days prior);  Military $50;   NBAA Members $50;
Alaska Air Carriers Association $50; NATCA discount - please call. 
 

Registration confirmation & invoice will be emailed to registrants upon receipt of registration. Our "Company-Friendly" Pricing Policy

ATC Vantage offers a $200 discount per person on every registration from an organization for the same class date. Why would ATC Vantage offer such a discount?  What's the catch?

No Catch.  Because of feedback from our students that had multiple registrants from an organization felt that it benefitted them in their understanding of SMS, how to incorporate SMS into their organization, and the discussion and dialog that ensued because of their training in SMS. Having multiple people trained in SMS within an organization is the most effective way to begin your SMS. ATC Vantage also recognizes the tough financial times for businesses – this should help! 

We believe in the safety and the economic viability of the aviation community - from employees to the flying public - and SMS is the answer.
 


 

Discount Policy: 

One discount per registration.  Multiple registrants from one company for the same class receive $200 discount on each registration.  The multiple registrant discount of $200 may not be combined with an additional discount (i.e. $50 for early registration-30 days prior to class date, NBAA or AACA).
 


 

Cancellation/Refund/Check Policy

ATC Vantage reserves the right to cancel a class if the number of registrants is insufficient (This exception has never been executed in our company's history).  In this event, we will notify all registrants and refund the registration fee in full.   

ALL CANCELLATIONS, rescheduling and substitution requests must be submitted in writing and may incur the following fees:

Payment Policy:
*A non-refundable payment of $400 is due at time of registration. If a student wishes to withdraw from a particular course, all payments may be credited towards the next available course. If an applicant chooses to permanently withdraw within 10 business days of the start of the course, the full cost of the course will be charged.

Classes/Instruction scheduled at the organization's facility:
*A non-refundable payment of $500 is due at time of invoice. If a company wishes to withdraw from their scheduled instruction, there will be a rescheduling fee (for expenses incurred) with the remainder of the payments to be credited towards the future instruction date. If a company chooses to permanently withdraw within 10 business days of the start of the course, the full cost of the course will be charged.

Returned checks are subject to processing fees (i.e. NSF fee)
 


 

Use of Image Policy

Use of images: Any person who attends an ATC Vantage (ATCV) course grants permission to ATCV to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs and sound or video recordings, and, without notifying such person, to use those images for any purpose of ATCV, including advertisements for ATCV and its programs.
 


 

Invoices - Past Due Accounts

Invoices are due upon receipt and considered "past due" after 30 days and will incur additional late fees.
